مدة الأشعة فوق البنفسجية توليفة احيائية(مايكوريزا الأزوتوبكتر):تاثيرها في إنبات ونمو بذور الجوجوبا

الملخص
نفذت دراسة خلال الموسم الزراعي لعام2021 لمعرفة تأثير مدة تعريض البذورللاشعة فوق البنفسجية والتوليفةالاحيائية المتكونة من فطريات المايكوريزا وبكترياالازوتوبكتر (mycorrhiza G. mosseae+ Azotobacter chrococcum) في انبات ونمو بذور الجوجوبا((Simmondsia chinensis. تم تعريض بذور الجوجوبا بالأشعة فوق البنفسجية لمدد مختلفة 5 و 10 و 15 دقيقة ورمز لها(UV5 وUV10 وUV15) دقيقة بعد تعرضها للأشعة فوق البنفسجية نقلت البذور المعاملة مباشرة الى اصص تحتو ي على التوليفة الاحيائية ورمز للتوليفة(F)واضيفت التوليفة الاحيائية بمعدل10 غم لكل اصيص تحت البذور نفذت التجربة وفق تصميم القطاعات العشوائية الكاملة (RCBD) وبثلاث مكررات.تم تحليل النتائج احصائيا باستخدام برنامجSAS. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة زيادة معنوية في معاملة التداخل بين الاشعة البنفسجية لمدة خمس دقائق والتوليفة الاحيائية في عدد السبورات وشدة الاصابة والنسبة المئوية لشدة الاصابة بفطريات المايكوريزا(37سبورغم تربة -1 ،55.7% ،90%) على التوالي. وتفوقت نفس المعاملة اعلاه في اعلى نسبة مئوية من النتروجين والفسفور(3.50% و0.33%) مقارنة بمعاملة السيطرة (2.33و0.21)%على التوالي واعلى نسبة انبات 98.67% واقل سرعةعدد ايام للانبات البذور 9.5يوم واعلى ارتفاع نبات(76.67 سم) مقارنة باقل نسبة انبات سجلت في معاملة تعريض البذور للاشعة فوق البنفسجية لمدة 15 دقيقة (75%) واعلى معدل سرعة انبات البذور(16يوم)والتي لم تختلف معنويا عن معاملة السيطرة والاخيرة سجلت اقل ارتفاع نبات( 66سم).تفوقت معاملة التداخل البذورالمعاملة بالاشعة فوق البنفسجيةلعشر دقائق والتوليفة الاحيائيةفي عدد الاوراق للنبات(67.33 ورقة) والمحتوى النسبي للكلوروفيل(31.33spad) مقارنة في معاملة السيطرة(31.67 ورقةو14.33 spad)على التوالي. ولم يلاحظ اي فروق معنوية في المساحة السطحية للاوراق بين المعاملات.واثبتت نتائج الدراسة ان معاملة البذور بالاشعة فوق البنفسجية لمدة خمس دقائق والتوليفة الاحيائية حسنت من اغلب المؤشرات المدروسة.
