تصورات وكلاء الإرشاد حول استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في خدمات الإرشاد الزراعي في ولاية كوارا، نيجيريا

الملخص
إن تطبيق تقنيات الاتصالات الحديثة والأجهزة الرقمية على تقديم خدمات الإرشاد الزراعي يمكن أن يعزز إنتاجية المرشدين من خلال توفير معلومات دقيقة وفي الوقت المناسب وذات صلة للمزارعين. تناولت هذه الدراسة تصور وكلاء الإرشاد حول استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في خدمات الإرشاد الزراعي في ولاية كوارا، نيجيريا. تم اختيار حوالي 105 من وكلاء الإرشاد بشكل عشوائي للدراسة. تم استخدام الأدوات الإحصائية مثل عدد التكرارات والنسبة المئوية ومتوسط ​​الدرجات لتحليل البيانات. وأظهرت النتيجة أن حوالي 98.1% من أفراد العينة كانوا على استعداد لاستخدام أجهزة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في خدمات الإرشاد الزراعي. كان استخدام الهاتف المحمول للمكالمات (المتوسط ​​= 2.88) هو تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات الأكثر استخدامًا. أتاحت التكنولوجيا الرقمية/تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لوكلاء الإرشاد التواصل بسهولة مع الباحثين من أجل حل مشاكل المزارعين (المتوسط ​​= 4.47) وحصلت على أعلى مرتبة في بيان التصور. وكانت التكلفة العالية للأجهزة الرقمية/أجهزة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات (المتوسط ​​= 2.62) هي العامل الأكثر خطورة الذي يحد من استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في خدمات الإرشاد. ولذلك توصي الدراسة بضرورة تمكين المرشدين ليكونوا قادرين على الوصول إلى مختلف تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات واستخدامها لأنشطة الإرشاد الزراعي عندما يكونون على استعداد لاستخدامها.
