The Effect of Sulfur and Phosphate Fertilizers Application on the Dissolved Phosphorus Amount in Rhizosphere of Zea Maize L.

The experiment has been carried out in the department of soil sciences and water resources, college of agriculture, university of Al-Qadisiyah, during the agricultural season 2017-2018 by using the design Complete Randomized Design (C.R.D). The experiment in pots has used four levels of phosphate fertilizer P0, P1, P2, P3 (0, 30, 60 and 90) kg P. h1- respectively and one level of sulfuric fertilizer (agricultural and wettable) Sa and S (200) kg S.h1-. Maize seeds of DKC 6120 variety have been in plastic pots grown. Dissolved phosphorus in the soil is estimated during plant growth periods (40, 70, and 100) days of planting to study the effect of its application levels, sulfuric fertilizer application (agricultural and wettable) fertilizers and their overlap on the amount of dissolved phosphorus into the corn rhizosphere. Results show that the highest amount of dissolved phosphorus in and out of the rhizosphere soil obtained with application of the phosphate level P3 (90) kg P. h1- which were (0.69, 0.58, 0.55) μg. g1- and (0.75, 0.63, 0.59) μg. g1- for the soils of the rhizosphere and beyond respectively during the periods (40, 70 and 100) days of planting.

The Effect of Organic and Mineral Fertilization on The Values of Soluble Potassium Inside and Outside Rhizosphere of Zea Maize (zea mays L.)

A field experiment is carried out in a private farmer's farm located in AL-Qadisiyah/ Diwaniyah/ Daghara/ Sadr Al-Daghara area to study the effect of organic and mineral fertilizers on dissolved potassium values inside and outside Zea maize rhizosphere. The randomized complete block design (RCBD) is designed in three replicates with two factors: the first is factor with four levels of potassium sulphate which are (0, 75, 150, 225) kg K. ha-1 symbolized by the symbols (K0, K1, K2, K3) respectively, and the second factor with four levels of organic matter (poultry residues) which are (0, 10, 20, 30) tons. ha-1 symbolized by the symbols (O0, O1, O2, O3) respectively. The seeds of Zea maize (Zea mays L.) are cultivated in the form of lines (DKC 6120) 20/7/2016.
The results show that the addition of potassium sulphate in different levels has achieved a significant increase in the amount of soluble potassium inside and outside the soil of the root zone and for all time periods (40,70,100) days of planting and the mineral fertilizer has exceeded the organic fertilizer in increasing the amount of soluble potassium and the interaction between the highest level of potassium fertilizer 225 kg k. ha-1 and the highest level of organic fertilizer 30 tons. ha-1 (K3O3) achieves the highest amount of soluble potassium within the root zone which amounted to (0.131,0.163) soil-1 respectively, and (0.179,0.167) soil-1 outside the root zone respectively for the periods (40,70) days of planting respectively, while after 100 days of planting the interaction (K2O3‌) achieved the highest amount of soluble potassium which is amounted to 0.114 soil-1 inside the root zone and the interaction (K3O3) achieves the highest amount of soluble potassium which is amounted to 0.159 soil-1 outside the root zone and a decrease in the amount of soluble potassium in all treatments is noticed with the increase of plant growth time.

The Effect of Fertilizers in Amidohydrolases enzymes in sunflower (Helianthus annuus) Rhizoshper

To study the enzymes activity for (Amidase , Urease , L-Asparaginase , L-Glutaminase and L-Aspartase) in sunflower plant rhizosphere in two different textures and the effect of the fertilizers kinds (mineral fertilizer , organic fertilizer and biofertilizer) in enzymes activity , two sites were chosen , the first was clayey silt texture and the second was sandy loam texture were fertilized in one level for every kind of fertilizers . The mineral fertilizer (160N kg.h-1 were added in two times before the cultivated and the second before flowering and 80 kg. P2O5 kg.h-1 were added before cultivated and 80kg K2O kg h-1 were added before cultivated). Organic fertilizer (poultry manure) was added as one level 10 Ton.h-1 and the bio fertilizer (Mikro-kondi) were added spraying 5 letter.h-1 in two times when start of vegetation about (6-8) leaves and the second spray before flowering about 4 weeks after the first treatment .
The results were summarized as :
• Increasing of enzyme activity for all enzymes in rhizosphere than the bulk soil.
• The enzymes activity in clayey silt texture were increased than the enzymes activity in sandy loam texture in all fertilized treatments.
• The organic fertilizer has high values than the author fertilizer kinds in enzymes activities and it arranged as follow :

The highest enzymes activities values were in Amidase and the lowest were in L-Asperginase and it arranged as follow :
